Realtors® Strive to Reduce Stress in Short Sale Transactions, The National Association of Realtors has developed a brochure along with its online resources so agents can better understand and explain the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives Program (HAFA). The program takes effect April 5th and will help certain homeowners by simplifying and streamlining the process of short sales and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosures.
